Last night Tilley left on her last journey. She is the only one of the dogs that was not a rescue and I bought her 15 yrears ago as a tiny 8 week old apricot toy poodle puppy.
She has been with me through many ups and downs and although she could be a right little madam at times, she has been a wonderful friend.
She was Sophie's best friend and missed her loads when she went missing. In a way she was also responsible for my starting FOA as she was so lost without her pal that I brought another dog home and so it went from there.
Sleep tight my lovely girl.

I'm so sorry Eileen.
Tilley must have had such a wonderful life with you and is having lots of fun now at the Bridge, playing happily like the little pup that she once was.
Sending hugs
Katherine

Hi Eileen - so sorry to hear of your loss. I know all to much just how painful it is to lose a much loved pet, let alone one that has been with you for such a long time. I have just lost my beloved Yorkshire Terrier Keana (please see recent post) a month ago and I still get very tearful now and then. Although, I know my little dog and Tilley as well as other furry companions that are have passed on, are no longer suffering but are in a better place, where pain no longer exist. Just happiness. I'm sure, we'll all get to see our beloved pets one sweet day. Big Take care x
