Today I was informed of the very sad passing of Mrs. Margaret Cook, my wonderful maths teacher, taken too young, yesterday afternoon. She was an amazing person who had an incredible love for teaching but more importantly, a love for her actual students. She always had a lot of faith in us all... for instance she has such faith in me she put me in for higher maths a year early which then enabled me to be able to take an extra GCSE this year. There is no way I would have ever been able to get my "A" last year if it weren't for her. She teached my class mates and I for three years and did a good job at it. She shall by missed by all. It came as quite a shock today; I was aware of her illness but not to this extent. I ask that you briefly think of her family during this sad time who must be suffering the most from this loss. The world has lost another great woman but may she forever rest peacefully. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Rest In Peace Margaret, you will be fondly remembered by many. My thoughts are with those that loved Margaret at this sad time.

I am so sorry that her family and friends have lost someone dear to them and also that teaching has lost an inspired practitioner. Most of us remember someone from our school lives who made a real difference, for me it was a Miss Wilkinson.
