Hi All
This is Griff
(hubby had this painted for me)
Griff came to us from Bath Cats & Dogs when he was approx 9mths old. A welsh rescue.
When we went up to the rescue looking for a pooch, Griff wasn't even there, but we gave all our details etc and Jan there told us she had a perfect dog for us. She had been looking after Griff at home for a few weeks as he had a infection in his head & they didn't want him to be in Kennels... he was due to be put in the Kennels the following week.
Her daughter brought him down and he literally just leaped from her to me. We took him for a walk and well........... the rest is history.
We believe Griff was Yorkie/JRT and a nicer dog you couldn't have. He was great with everyone and all animals.
Griff also came to our Wedding and I think he was admired more than I was

Griff was with us for just under 11 years & passed away last November. Griff will be forever missed
This was on our 'last walk' we both knew it was, even though the Vet's were going to see what they could do - He had a Tumor in the stomach. A few months beforehand, he was stung by a swarm of bees - I just think this 'shock' may have caused it... who knows! The Vets couldn't believe just how 'healthy' Griff seemed! I had been giving him healing every day (Reiki) and I am sure that this helped him go over with less pain.

Thank you for letting me share my memories with you.
Griff is still a big part of our lives & I am sure he pops in every so often to check up on us all
