Well I took the kennel dogs out on my own today, as Louise has an injured foot. I really missed Louise today, as it is really nice to walk along having a good 'ol chinwag and a laugh. Here's hoping bthat Louise will be back walking soon. Sorry to say that Boseley nor Heston had a walk today. I couldn't find collars for them, and by the time I brought the others back, it was too late anyway. Their turn next time. They did have a nice jumbone to chew on though. I took them one by one today. First I took Maxasquillion who is fab!!! He walks off lead and is no problem whatsoever, in fact I don't have to even keep an eye on him, as he is never far away and keeps an eye on me. We met a choc lab, and Maxasquillion greeted him beautifully.Max and I sat on the (WET) grass to have a bit of one to one quality time. He is a lovely ,soft, kissy beautiful boy. When the time comes that he is able to be rehomed, he should have no problem. MAGNIFICENT MAX WATCHING ME ALL THE TIME BEAUTIFUL BETTY FRANKIE

All dogs had a great time, with plenty of one to one quality time. They were each out for an hour, and a nice Jumbone to take back to their kennels. ;D

Must admit my feet were aching last night, but I did sleep well. The problem is that they enjoy being out of kennels so much, that I feel awful taking them back, so I think to myself , just a bit further, then a bit further... a bit further. The time slips by and an hour or so turned into 4 hours. I must learn to manage my time with them more efficiently then they will all get a walk. Question is......longer walks, more quality time with a few, and no walks for the others that day, or shorter walks for all on the same day?? Decisions decisions!!!

Oh Sue they love being out a long walk is fabulous but if time is short just some cuddles and treats maybe with a bit of focus training is just as good.
Dont feel bad about putting them back they see it as home its safe warm with lots of food and other dogs so most of them really love it... Even Frankie is relaxing in there now she is getting more attention and walks with toys xx

The kennel dogs enjoyed a nice walk again today. First it was Boseleys turn. A very hyper dog in the kennel environment, jumping up madly, difficult to put a lead on......but when out on a walk, able to go offlead with very good recall, and a real little character.kept undoing my shoe laces and hanging on to them. Loves to be out and about, and is a lovely little dog. Hello again everyone I'm freeeee Come on then...lets go!!! Whoopeeeee Come on!!!
