Oh I see, but you now know he is only playing and means you no harm, it looks as though he loves your Dad, is your Dad with him more than any of you?

Lucky and mam are great now, she is also trusting him a lot more which I think has had the same effect on him. He has settled in now but has now started scratching his ears and shaking his head. There is a lot of wax visible when you look in his ear but thats about all you can see. My dad is going to pop up the vets tomorrow to see what is recommended and how much it would cost to have them cleaned if needed.

That is a good idea, asear problems are nasty, he could just check Lucky's ears and give you some drops to help clear the wax, or it could be ear mites, which dogs pick up, again it would most likely be drops, It's great that your Mam and Lucky are bonding as this is needed when they spend a lot of time together, let me know how he gets on at the vets. Give Lucky a hug from me for being a good boy.

Lucky went for his trip to the vets earlier He said that it is just a lot of wax and a ear infection. So he gave us drops. He has to go back in 10 days to see how he is doing and to see if the infection has cleared. He was such a good boy and I think he deserves a well earned hug from you Glenice ;D He has just gone and stole, yes...STOLE, Misty's chewy loofah toy. He's ripped it to shreds Oh well, we know what his next toy will be!

I am so pleased that it was nothing more, even though an ear infection can be painful the drops will help, but don't stop giving them just because he stops scratching as it can come back, but I imagine the vet has said all that.Lucky was proberly so pleased that he was going to get help for his itching, Lol bless him.

Cerys it may well be the vet who saw his had to work out his age, sometimes they dont get it right, and if Lucky's original owner gave his age they may well have given the wrong one, dont worry, he's still a baby for a jrt ;-)

We were told Jack and Lady were were 3yrs old, but we think Jack was much younger, I wish we knew exactly how old they both are, but as they can live to a ripe old age some to 19yrs, so 5yrs is a baby. Lol I hope my little man is well. more piccies please when you have time.

Lucky has settled in now and you wouldn't think my mam had even had a problem with him. She plays fetch with him everyday, even if he does try to nip her when she gets the ball Will definitly get some pictures on here some time this week now that I have a week off from my GCSE's ;D
