Name: Bella
Age: 4 years old
Breed: Cavalier King Charles cross Bichon Frise
Can I live with Children: Yes
Can I live with cats: Not tested
Can I live with other dogs: Yes, a must
Fostered In: Rhondda South Wales
Bella is a 4-year old Cavalier King Charles cross Bichon who is being fostered in RCT, South Wales. She is a delightful, fun loving and very active little girl. She loves to play, especially with her ball and will let you throw it for her for hours. She has a very friendly personality despite an uncertain start in life.
People – Bella loves her humans especially those that will play with her. She is very affectionate and is equally happy curled up on a lap being tickled and stroked. She is not aggressive with new people, more inquisitive than anything.
Dogs – Bella is fine with other dogs. She will play with them but is not competitive at all. She will join in barking if the choir starts up and joins in welcoming her humans when they have been out. Bella must live with another dog for company.
Cats – Bella has not been tested with cats.
In the home – Bella’s house training is a work in progress and she will use puppy pads if there is no access to the garden. She is constantly on the move looking for things to play with and new things to discover. She is not bothered by household noises and can be left for short periods as long as she has doggy company. Bella will jump a wall or fence if she can, more out of curiosity than a desire to escape so her garden will need to be Bella-proof.
Out and about – Bella loves her walks and is happy around anyone she meets, four legged or two. She has not been tried off-lead yet
Type of home – Bella needs an active home with lots going on to occupy her. Children could be a good idea as she has such a good nature and a willingness to play at any time. She will need a home where she has company and access to nice long walks and plenty of cuddles. Bella has always lived with other dogs so we are looking for a home with another doggy friend for her.
Bella is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in Rhondda, South Wales
