Fostered In: Rhondda Cynon Taff
Molly is an 11-year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is being fostered in RCT, South Wales. Although she has the usual Cavalier heart murmur (Grade 5) and arthritis in her back legs, she is a delightful soul who loves her cuddles, food and walks. She likes nothing better than to sleep on your knee once she has got to know you and is equally happy in her bed. She has been an only dog for most of her life but now mixes happily with other dogs in her foster home and quite enjoys the interaction. She looks at you with those big bopping eyes and your heart just melts…
People – Although initially cautious around new people she is very happy around all sizes of humans once she has settled. She shares her attention equally amongst them all.
Dogs – Happy around other dogs both in the home and out and about, although young, annoying dogs she treats by ignoring them. She doesn’t have an aggressive bone in her body.
Cats – Molly has lived with a cat all her life.
In the home – Molly is mobile around the home. She loves to sit on a bed or chair but does need help to get up. As an elderly lady she sleeps a lot but is always keen for as tickle and a stroke. Molly does her own thing really.
Out and about – Molly loves her walk but cannot go very far. She has never been off a lead but has shown no signs of aggression or bad behaviour.
Type of home – Molly would suit a home where she has plenty of attention, lots of warm places to sleep, short walks and a tonne of love!!
Molly is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in Rhondda South Wales.
