Jason is a 3-year old Border Terrier cross Jack Russell who is being fostered in Stone, Staffordshire. He is a loveable little ball of energy who loves everyone and everything. His life is one big play time Jaxon needs to build up his weight and at some point he will need some dental treatment. He is easily adaptable but would be good for him to have someone around most of the time and children too with whom he can interact and further his training - he’s great company too.
People – Jaxon loves all humans, big and small
Dogs – Jaxon has shown a preference for dogs his own size in the past but seems to be happy mixing with larger dogs now.
Cats – Jaxon does not live with cats in his foster home but he used to live with cats we understand.
In the home – He’s been left with other dogs but not on his own. He does cry/ bark at first when left but soon settles down. He has been left in a large crate as his safe place but the door is left open. Jaxon is not destructive in any way and has not learned to play with toys yet.
Out and about – He does pull on the lead and will need further training.
Type of home – Jaxon needs a loving family or couple who will be around to interact with him and take him for lots of walks. He is a typical terrier who can be vocal to get his humans attention.
Jaxon is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with his flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet him in his foster home in Stone, Staffordshire.
