Meet Spot, he is currently being fostered with me in Kidderminster. Spot is a 7mth old SBTx and was handed in to a vet. He suffered with really bad mange but thankfully with successful chemical baths and antibiotics he's now on the mend and theres not an itch in sight, his fur is growing back beautifully too. Spot is GREAT with other dogs, has an excellent recall now, can sit, come, give paw on command. His toilet training is coming on leaps and bounds although he doesn't like being left too long so will need someone home initially to help him settle in. Spot is great with kids (my 7yr old ADORES him). I'll put more pics up asap. If your interested in adopting Spot please fill in www.friends-of-the-animals.co.uk/preadoptionform.html and Katherine will give you a call

it was hard i think he wasn't chastised by his previous owners for toileting as he had no problem doing it in front of me the lil rascal, i used a house line with him for a day and its worked a treat, we even had his first dry night last night [image] I think he'd fit in perfectly with a multi dog household, he follows my Sash EVERYWHERE, they get on like a house on fire (I've even bought them matching hoodies as he's here for another 2 wks but shhhhh dont tell anyone) ;D ;D So i think he'd be kinda lost being an only dog, he just looks like he's having so much fun when he plays with Sash [image] To update, he had the all clear from the vet on Tues but i have to keep hold of him for a further 2 wks incase anymore scratching appears, his fur is growing each and every day. He's amazingly affectionate, wants to be ON you all the time (typical staffy : LOVES treats and trains amazingly well with them, totally crate trained now (as in he knows where his bed is and will take himself off there for a nap etc no whining at all). He's gonna be my hardest one to handover EVER, i just know it!! SashieBoo

Spot is now reserved subject to a very stringent Homecheck which I intend to carry out personally (cos' I want spotty cuddles)...
If the prospective Adopters fail the Homecheck I shall personally be bringing Spot home with me.
