Basset hound pup with severe hip dysplasia is being x-rayed at our vets shortly and once we have a plan of action to help him he will be looking for a foster home.

This poor boy was too far gone to be saved. He must have been in so much pain in his short life. Xrays showed the most severe hip dysplasia and arthritis.
