Tonight, just before the start of our monthly auction, a man walked in and wanted to check he had the right rescue. Were we the ones that have a weekly column in the Pontypridd Observer that writes about the sick animals. Lou sent him to me and I confirmed we are, he gave me an envelope and said it was a donation for the wonkies but didn't want to give his name. I thanked him and off he went. I opened the envelope to find £100. I raced out to the car park and managed to catch him. He was such a nice man and said he wanted to help the sick and homeless dogs and knew we would put his money to good use. He still didn't want to give his name. Well whoever he is I thank him from the bottom of my heart. It isn't just about the money but it is so rewarding that someone who does not know us but reads each week about what we do and wants to help. Have to confess to having a few tears.

What wonderful people, they not only help our poorly dogs, they give us a great big boost too. It makes the hard work so worthwhile. Thank you and bless you both.

See there are angels out there helping us out( Karen is one of my angels) ..and the other time, when my precious boy was in hospital with a head injury and his dad sent me to get some things for him but I didn't have change to exit the car park..it was December,I was cold and frightened and nobody could change my tenner ..then a lady said 'I don't have change but I can pay your exit fee...the day I met God in a car park..

Pleasure, I wish it could be more as you do such a fantastic job and I am proud to be associated with FOA RCT.
Also, having Freda has been a bit of an eye opener and made me so aware of ex-breeders and what they must go through; of course all the other waifs and strays that cross your path.
