16.10.08 CLOVER IS RESERVED PENDING A HOMECHECK
Clover is an ex breeding Minature Schnauzer. She is about 5-6 years old and is a delightful salt and pepper girl.
She seems to be in reasonable condition and will be off to the vet on Wednesday to be spayed and have her first vac.
Clover gets on well with other dogs and will be best homes with at least one other dog to give her confidence

I have just rehomed an ex breeding Schnauzer to a couple in the Forest of Dean, they desperately want a friend for her, and Clover sounds perfect, do you have a pic ?

Jenners I'm picking Clover up tomorrow with my new foster girl Olivia, she'll be staying overnight before going onto her new foster home. I can get some pics then and will post them if Eileen hasn't already got some and posted. Peg x

We picked Clover up yesterday from Sweetie, lovely meeting yet another member. She was great in the car sat down and settled completely, when we got back she mingled with ours without any problems whatsoever. She is a really sweet little girl, she loves attention but doesn't demand it, she's very playful, has a very sweet nature and loves cuddling on your knee. She likes being out in the garden with the others and tbh we didn't have any accidents with her. Both Neil & I think her a real character, she's so comical, it's my first experience with Schnauzers and it's been a very pleasant one. I'll be handing her over to her foster Mum very reluctantly later today , she'll make someone a fabulous companian. As promised a couple of pics of her, the first is after her tea and the second in the bed she chose when she first came home ;D PICTURES NOT AVAILABLE- SORRY WILL TRY TO FIX Good luck little Clover you deserve the best it was wonderful meeting you and a pleasure having you here Peg x

Clover say's thank you for the hugs and can she have more please cos she luvz em She had a day full of playing and out walking yesterday and really enjoyed herself, she barked at a dog we met but stopped when told to. She so enjoyed all the new smells around her. She has now found out how easy it is to jump on the sofa, she finding out new things all the time and is very happy to do so. She loves to play with your hands, she's not got the hang of toys yet though. The little tail on the end of her body is constantly wagging as she waits for the next experience which she takes in her stride. She's not food aggressive and is very gentle when taking a treat from your hand. Surprisingly we have had no accidents from her but then again I keep my door open all day apart from wet days, she follows the others around so is picking up what they do. When out walking she has dozens of wee's ;D. She's a super little girl who melts your heart on meeting her. Peg x

This morning we said goodbye to the beautiful Clover, it wasn't an easy thing to do and it hurt like h**l to put her in the crate and see her looking up at me asking why and where am I going? All mine and my current fosters came with us to say goodbye. I've just arrived home after a stop off at Brackets house, my lot made the most of it whilst poor Reo is at the vets (another story)
After talking to Clovers new Mum I know she'll have a happy home with a little Shiddie to play with and people to love her. She really does live up to her namesake and is as sweet as the clover flower. Yes it will be less work, yes it will be easier walking 7 instead of 8, less meals to put out and clean up after but we will miss this little girl so much, she was the biggest cuddle monster [image] I've ever known she loves being around humans and dogs alike. I'll miss my afternoon nap mate, she used to snuggle up inside my arms like a baby with her head resting on my chest. No one could fail to love this little girl. Goodbye sweetheart and good luck in your new home and with your new family, big, big snuggles & kisses to you

Oh Peg I know it must have been hard for you.
At least you are now down to an easily manageable number of doggies in your home
I just rang Ellie to see how it had all gone and to give you an update, but she's not in. I'll try later.
I get to know what you look like at last.

Aww thanks Katherine, I imagine she was still on route as it's quite a way from Southampton. I am quite scarey to look at, I forgot myself and didn't remove the specs, I hate having my pic taken usually have the eyes closed or pulling dat faces ;D At least my hair was clipped back and not flying free in the wind like an unruly curtain. ;D I'd love to hear how she gets on.
