Sweet Sheila and Cuddly Colin arrived here today! I am about to bath Sheila and try to get some of the cobs out of her fur. They both smell like sawdust and straw! Sheila is a friendly ex-breeding bitch who made a huge fuss of my grand children and has already claimed Bud's bed! Colin is a typical little puppy born without a tail, bless him! He is a confident little ball of fluff! Sheila Colin Both are off to the vet tomorrow.

Eileen didn't choose Sheila's name..........that is the little sweetie's name. ;D I usually look on in amazement at Eileen's choice of names, but I have to say she has it right with Colin. He looks like a Colin to me......even if the only Colin I know is my sister's cat !! It's about time the poor dogs are given proper names not airy fairy names like SOME people choose..........no names mentioned Jan ;D Well done Eileen

Well we did suggest something on a themed line - like ....... 'Wag' ner (no tail pun sorry!!!) ;D He has long hair and can't sing - bit like this little one by all accounts - likes to sing, in fact is very vocal, so Eileen failed to mention!! Sheila is ok I suppose although I dont want to offend any sheilas out there - its a little old fashioned, in a old sort of way!

Smell of sawdust and straw.......... now I know you are being polite, I held that pup close to my nose and he smelt of old S**t. Pleeease not Colin he is just too tiny for such a big name....Maybe just Poo (the very noisey) would be good xx
Hang on joke coming through.............. what have winnie the poo and Attila the Hun got in common....................... they have the same middle name!! ( as in Poo ) x
