We have been back from Tunisia a week now. Fed up of this rubbish weather already. When it stops raining we will get more pictures of Lucky on his walk. We missed him when we were on our hols. He was like a lunutic when we went to pick him up from the kennels and they said he had been very good. Will keep you all updated and post pics as soon as possible.

Hiya, I was wondering if you were home ok, and how Lucky was, I am so pleased that he is alright, does he seem ok after his stay in kennels, it is something I can't do so I have the holidays with my Son and Hubby stays home with the dogs, but hubby has done enough holidays so he says, I bet you have noticed the weather change now you are back I have just returned from Germany where everything seems like heaven to me, I just love the place, I hope you enjoyed your holiday and that Lucky has settled again, give him an extra hug from me, don't forget the piccies. ;D

Update time I think Well...as per usual Lucky is being a pain with his food again. He is so fussy its unbelievable to be quite honest lol, as most other dogs I know eat anything. We have tried so many different foods but he seems to get fed up of them and doesn't eat them, forcing us to find a new one that he will eat. Since we got him he has always had a mixture of tin and dry foods. He has had Pal, Weinwrights, Burns, Omega Rings, Gelert. It's like the list is endless. Not only that, he wont eat food in gravy and doesn't liked the chicken flavoured tins. He has decided now that he likes Omega Rings so we will continue to have these and now we are trying him on Pets at Home tins. We have also started feeding him in the evenings around 5 and this seems to be working as he is eating it better. Anyway, rant over ;D Well I still dont have any pictures as it has been continuously raining here but I will definitely get some and I'm determined about that As soon as the weather brightens up I will take him on a walk and get some pictures. Will update again soon and hopefully with the pictures

Sounds like a good thing to me being that my cavvy eats absolutely everything and today managed to steal a pack and a half of pink wafers while we were out lol May be a good idea to keep a good variety of food as otherwise he is likely to get bored (as he is so fussy) of the omega rings and the cycle will just go on and on .... This is a good food to try- www.naturediet.co.uk Look forward to the photos xxx

Hiya, have you tried mixing a little pilchard in tomato sauce in with the dry food not much just half a fish and a drop of the sauce my dogs love it, I also add a drop of warm water to the dry food it helps bring out the smell and make it more appealing, look forward to the piccies when you get the chance,
Glenice.

Heres a couple of old pictures of Lucky Sun Bathing With a toy I had for Christmas last year, he doesn't like it because it moves so he runs away And here are some from yesterday... I'd best explain first. My dad took him for a walk in the morning and he usually lets him off lead but last time he did it Lucky went running up to another dog to say hello and the owner hit him with a stick to get away, not hard but enough to stop Lucky from wanting to go on walks up there. But because my dad couldn't see any dogs yesterday he thought he'd let him off lead again (because he is better off lead and doesn't go for other dogs like he does when he's on lead). But because where we walk him has two paths with a few bushes inbetween, there was another Jack Russell (who we often see when out) walking up the other side. Lucky went to say hello again but the other dog is like Lucky and doesn't like other dogs so he managed to nip him on the head and ear. Luckily it is hardly nothing Here are the pictures. You cant see the one on his head so well because like I said he was lucky and it was nothing major. As I was in school my mam didn't know what to put on it and all we had was TCP so she put that on his cuts to get rid of any bacteria and he didn't even flinch ;D

Oh poor Lucky.
I am convinced that dogs called Lucky have far more than their fair share of rotten luck.
Hope he is feeling ok.

Oh Poor Lucky and he was only trying to be friendly, I hope he is ok now, and that his two spats with other dogs do not make him worry when other dogs are around, as the poor little fella is bound to wonder if all dogs are going to attack him, thanks for the piccies, he looks well, and I have seen the toy that he does not like, I think it is great.Give Lucky an extra hug from me.

Awww bless him, tell him Tom sends lots of sympathy, I took the 4 littlies out last week and Tom came home with the same injury, but it was one of ym own beasties who did it, my lot, when playing, as you've most likely seen, grab each other and throw each other about a little, one of them caught the very tip of Tom's ear, all down the side of his face was red, i remember Eddie doing the same to Holly when he was young, i came down to a kitchen covered in blood, lil monkeys, nice to see Lucky looking so well tho, he is lovely! xx

It seems that way Eileen You'd think he'd learn but he is absolutely fine around other dogs Glenice its like he didn't even know it happened. When I take him out he still tries to bark and go for them (when he is on lead). The only one he doesn't do it so much to now is the one who hit him with a stick (we call him Benylin because he was friendly when we first met him. Because Lucky has such a weird bark it sounds like he has a bad throat, so the man used to tell us to give him Benylin for a joke). But yesterday when I took him out Lucky was on lead and going for his dog when the man went to hit him with his stick again and Lucky cowed down. All he did was laugh and walk away. Aw no, poor Tom, hope he is okay.
