Minnie the Moocher is a healthy, friendly, happy little girl who is a perfect little soul wrapped up in a little fluffy bundle of cuteness. She is friendly with other dogs, loves all humans and loves nothing better than mooching around her home looking for people to play with and new adventures. She doesn’t have a bad bone in her body and has been an absolute delight for the time she has been with us.
People – Minnie loves all people. She is happy to be touched and follows her people about hoping for a tickle and some attention.
Dogs – Minnie is friendly to all dogs no matter what the size. As she is an ex breeding girl she will only be rehomed where there is a resident dog to show her how to live in a home.
Cats – Minnie has not been in close proximity with cats
In the home – Minnie can be left for short periods but, as an ex-breeder, she does prefer the company of another dog. She can be left in a pen for short periods as long as she has company. Minnie has no destructive tendencies and no wish to escape. She is happy to mooch around the garden talking to all the birds, butterflies and worms. Minnie has just started to discover toys and will chase after her favourite soft toys when it is thrown. She is a gentle eater and is not dominant over her food. She is not distressed by strange noises and is housetrained. Minnie is the definition of sweetness who is totally non-aggressive.
Out and about – Minnie hasn't yet got used to walking on the lead so will need work in this area. She travels well in a crate on car journeys and is a lady at the vets.
Type of home – Minnie would fit in to most families. She responds well around young families and is happy to play with kiddies. That said, an older couple who can give her loads of attention would be ideal too.
Minnie is neutered, chipped, vaccinated and up to date with her flea and worming treatment. Potential adopters will be expected to travel to meet her in her foster home in RCT, South Wales.
